1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or enrolling in our online program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not access the course.
2. Nature of the Program
This program is an educational personal development course designed to reduce financial barriers and improve overall financial wellbeing.
It:
- Does not provide personal financial, legal, or tax advice

- Is not suitable for individuals experiencing financial crisis, debt emergencies, legal issues, or urgent hardship situations
Although endorsed by an accredited financial adviser, the content remains general in nature.
3. Voluntary Participation
Participation is voluntary unless assigned by your employment service provider.
Secured Futures is not responsible for decisions made by providers to assign this program as an activity.
4. Access and Use
When you enrol, you receive lifetime access to the program unless otherwise stated.
You agree not to:
- Share your login
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or transfer course content
- Reupload videos, documents, or worksheets
- Use or attempt to repurpose the program for commercial use
- Engage in any misuse, unauthorised access, or tampering
All course content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Secured Futures.
5. Completion Certificate
Certificates are provided solely to confirm program completion.
You agree that certificates:
- Do not represent formal accreditation
- Do not equal professional qualifications
- Cannot be used for licensing, certification, or recognition with any authority
- Are not evidence of financial competency for regulatory purposes
Misrepresentation of certificate use is prohibited.
6. Program Updates
We may modify, update, or replace course content at any time without notice.
This ensures the program remains relevant and accurate.
7. Payments & Refunds
Program fees are payable at the time of purchase.
Refunds are provided only where required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Because this is a digital product with instant access:
- Change of mind refunds are not available
- Non‑usage does not qualify for refund
- Providers or individuals purchasing on behalf of a participant must ensure suitability prior to enrolment
8. Provider Purchases
Employment service providers may fund enrolments under their internal guidelines.
We take no responsibility for:
- Provider decisions
- Activity assignment
- Reporting obligations
- Participant compliance
Certificates can be supplied to providers only with participant consent.
9. No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secured Futures is not liable for:
- Any actions taken based on program content
- Any financial decisions made by participants
- Loss, hardship, or damages arising from reliance on general educational content
- System downtime or Thinkific platform issues
You acknowledge that outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Breach these Terms
- Misuse course materials
- Engage in inappropriate or unlawful conduct
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
